Training

Training Navigator Office offer full training for all employees and users of systems supplied and installed by us. The  training may be arranged as a workshop in your own offices or outside. A training course lasts from  two – three hours, as most of the information is self explainable. A consultant will stand by in your offices to assist your employees the day you start operating the system and will stay until the system is running properly. We also arrange training for those who should be appointed as “Super User” in order to reduce cost increasing consultancy hours.



Support

Support When the system is in operation, we offer support to all our clients on a direct consultancy basis and/or by the use of our Help Desk, which is available 08:00 – 20.00. You simply send an e-mail or make a phone call. Any questions regarding use of the software intends to be solved by e-mail or on phone. The availability of Help Desk is voluntarily and you may pay a fixed price for using the Help Desk or, if you may be invoiced on a request basis.
