Hans Martin Kristiansen

Hans is holding a Master Mariner and a BSc degree. He started his career with Wilh. Wilhelmsen and worked in the merchant marine and with offshore drilling rigs until 1986, when he moved to Polaris Assuranse to further develop his knowledge as an Insurance Underwriter. Following his underwriting training, he joined Grieg Insurance, where he held various positions, ranging from Technical Manager to Executive Broker. Following AON (US)s’ takeover of Grieg in 1999, he maintained his position until he left in 2002 to establish Navigator Consult. Navigator Consult is a highly specialized consultancy company, and the list of clients includes all the major Oil & Gas Companies, Contractor and Drilling Companies forming a part of the upstream and downstream industry in Norway.

Leif Skorge

Leif is holding a degree from Copenhagen Business School and has extensive international experience from the insurance and consulting industry. He started his career as an Underwriter with Polaris Assuranse in Oslo before moving to Bahrain to underwrite an international marine and offshore account. His company Arig started up in London in 1991, where he became the Head Underwriter for the Marine Division. In 1996 he was offered position as a partner with one of the leading Lloyds Brokers – JLT risk Solutions and have since held various positions as a Director with international recognized insurance broking companies. He has been Executive Account Manager for several of the biggest oil and shipping companies in the world, and his knowledge and expertise is highly recognized and impeccable.
